Martina McBride makes cross-country train trip to promote breast cancer awareness

Country singer Martina McBride is on a four-day cross-country train trip, stopping in 11 cities, promoting both her new album and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 

McBride will end her four-day trip in New York, appearing on Oct. 13 on the Late Show With David Letterman and on Good Morning America the next morning.

On GMA, McBride will perform one of the songs from Eleven, her new album. The music video for the song, "I'm Gonna Love You Through It," features cancer supporters and survivors. Here, McBride talks about the idea behind the video.
