Cloud Over East El Paso Brings Rain, Muddy Streets

EL PASO, Texas -- A dark cloud over East El Paso and the county brought plenty of rain with it.

It created slick roads and ponding in some areas. Some drivers experienced minor flooding on George Dieter near Trawood. The flooding was a little deeper than drivers thought and it took some by surprise.

In Socorro some residents couldn't get out of their neighborhood. They live on Fray Olguin Court and they say the streets is not paved and every time it rains their street turns into mud.

The residents that live here say they've been complaining to city officials for quiet a while but nothing has been done.
