Pope Celebrations Continue Into the Night

Celebrations in Buenos AIres carried on into the night on Wednesday (March 13) as residents turned out at the city's cathedral after the first Argentine Pope was named. The large crowd of several hundred chanted slogans and waved Argentine flags. One nun, Sister Laura, said she liked the name given to the new pope. "It's a simple name, a name for the people, it's a loved name and one that is used, and of great wisdom," she said.
