Air Force One, the American presidential plane, touches down in Tel Aviv. It's Obama's first official visit to Israel as president, and his three day trip will see meetings with both Israeli and Palestinian leadership. Obama was greeted by Israeli President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He will hold lengthy talks with Netanyahu later in the day, with the two set to hold a news conference Wednesday evening. Obama offered firm U.S. commitment to the Israeli state.
