Judge makes man wear 'idiot' sign
Cleveland Judge Pinkey Carris at it again, making a criminal wear the new-age form of a dunce hat. HLN reports Richard Dameron was sentenced to 90 days and jail and had to wear an "I am an idiot" sign for calling 911 and saying he was going to go on a police officer killing spree. As Huffington Post reports, the same judge gave a similar punishment to a woman who drove on a sidewalk to avoid a school bus.
