A crowd celebrates the birthday of the late North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il, on Friday. The deceased leader's son, Kim Jong-un, is seen on state television, handing out awards to those who have done something extraordinary for the government. These "Kim Jong-il watches"--given to soldiers, officials and scientists--bear the name of the former leader. South Koreans were not feeling as joyful, as they sent 10 large balloons with anti-Pyongyang leaflets towards North Korea, Saturday.
