Marine Gets Hero's Welcome In Return Home
A soldier from Elmhurst got a surprise welcome home celebration Wednesday.
About a dozen cars and motorcycles carrying members of the Warriors Watch Riders rolled up in front of Fitz’s Pub in Elmhurst bringing a hero’s welcome to a very stunned Alex Spencer.
The 20-year old Marine just arrived back in Illinois last week from his second deployment, this one in Afghanistan where he was working to stop drug runners.
