Lohan's Lawyer Strikes Out, Bonnie Franklin Dead at 69
Lindsay Lohan's lawyer struck out in court on Friday (March 01) as a motion to dismiss charges against her was denied. A judge also denied a request to move her upcoming trial date to April - Lohan is due in court on March 18, where she'll face three charges stemming from a car accident last summer and could land in jail if convicted.
