We’re just days away from the kick-off of Mayor Bloomberg’s sugary drink ban.
And now we know exactly how the city plans on enforcing it after Tuesday.
To make sure restaurants and businesses aren’t selling you a soda that is more than 16 ounces, health inspectors will be dispatched with special 17 ounce cups to measure each pour.
The details were spelled out by the city as part of a class action lawsuit they’re facing from major soda companies.
