Justin Bieber has apologized to his London fans for keeping them waiting nearly 2 hours at his concert. Fans in the O2 arena booed the singer before his appearance, which came at 10:20 p.m. - originally scheduled for 8:30. Bieber tweeted that there were technical issues, but that in the end, it was a great show and he was proud of it.
