The original video has been deleted and is no longer available. “Peaceful” pro-pot march set for El Paso Saturday afternoon EL PASO, Texas - The El Paso National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Law, also known as NORML, said they will put on a peaceful march in favor of changes to marijuana laws in El Paso Saturday starting around 3 p.m. An official with the group said it is part of a global marijuana march, including other Texas cities like Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and Austin. The group believes marijuana is beneficial for medicinal use, industrial use and has economic benefits if "prohibition" were lifted in the United States. Organizers plan to start the march around Oregon and Schuster.
