By: Jesse Martinez
EL PASO, Texas Three men accused of robbing an Ace Cash Express on Tuesday have been arrested.

Police said Jose Luis Dominguez, 31, Alejandro Flores Cano, 30, and Javier Samuel Soto, 40, took part in a robbery around 10:27 a.m. Tuesday morning at 12135 Montwood Dr.

The three men forced their way into the business and demanded cash. When police arrived, they saw a vehicle fleeing the scene with two men and a third running toward the back of the store, police said.

The vehicle refused to stop for police and the men allegedly threw a handgun out of the vehicle before stopping at Montwood and Desert Sun drives.

The third man was arrested a short distance away from the Ace Cash Express, and police recovered a weapon and cash taken during the robbery.

The men were charged with aggravated robbery, and Soto was additionally charged with evading arrest or detention as well as an outstanding theft warrant.

Dominguez was booked on a $40,000 bond, Cano on an $80,000 bond and Soto on a $64,000 bond.

Police are continuing their investigation, and they said additional charges are pending.
