El Paso juvenile probation officer, gang members indicted on sex-trafficking charges

EL PASO, Texas An El Paso juvenile probation officer was indicted on federal sex-trafficking charges for his role in a forced prostitution ring, federal officials said.
Timothy McCullouch Jr. was arrested Friday, and he was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of persons and one substantive count of sex trafficking of a minor.
McCullouch, along with five El Paso gang members, were listed in the indictment charges. The members include Deion Lockhart, 25; Brandon Shapiro, 21; Tai Von Lynch, 20; Richard Gray, 24; and Emmanual Lockhart, 23.
According to court documents, the group was involved in the forced prostitution of several juveniles and adults by the Folk Nation/Gangster Disciples street gang from May 2012 to March 2013.
Officials said the group used force, fraud and coercion to get their victims to engage in prostitution in El Paso; Killeen, Texas; Albuquerque; Las Vegas and Colorado.
The group members are in custody and they all face up to life in federal prison.
According to federal officials, two other members of the same gang were indicted last July under the same charges. Kiry Hakeem Nalls, 24, and Grant Rutledge, 24, also face up to a life sentence in federal prison.
