High school students can enter to have video used by city of El Paso

EL PASO, Texas - Area high school students are being asked to submit their own homemade public service announcement video for the city of El Paso to use.
The goal of the video is to demonstrate how environmental services works for an El Pasoan.
High school students can submit their videos that demonstrate how services like curbside recycling, citizen collection stations and animal adoptions work for citizens.
The contest is called "ESD Works for Me." Entrants have until Feb. 21 by 5 p.m. to submit their videos.
First, second and third place winners will have their PSAs televised on the city's broadcast cable channel and streamed on reycleelpaso.org.
