By: Jamel Valencia
EL PASO, Texas - The boy's soccer team at a local high school went above and beyond for one of their teammates.

When the Bel-Air High School boys soccer team learned that their team captain was facing a difficult time in his life, they got together to show their support.

The team shaved their heads -- all of them are completely bald and did it for the captain's mom who is battling cancer.

A picture of the boys with their new dew 'do is circulating online, getting local attention.

As of the Tuesday morning, the picture has been shared on Facebook114 times.

Laurie Delgado commented on the picture saying, "This restores my faith in humanity a little bit! Way to set a good example boys! Much respect to you all!"

A teammate, Omar Vega thanked those who commented on the picture, " Thanks for everyone that is showing support! This is just a little from us!! We are a family United!! We are all supporting a great woman!! And thanks again!!"
