Police: One of two men arrested in separate DWI cases drove more than 100 mph

EL PASO, Texas Two men were arrested on drunken driving charges early Thursday morning, and one man was driving more than 100 mph on a highway, police said.
The first incident happened around 12:40 a.m. when, police said, Luis Lujan did not stop at stop sign at Independence and Padres drives in the Lower Valley.
Lujan, 37, did not stop his green Geo Prizm until the 400 block of South Schutz Drive, about a mile later, police said.
Police found Lujan with signs of intoxication and after a brief struggle, he was arrested, police said. Lujan has a history with drunken driving convictions.
Lujan was charged with DWI third or more, evading arrest or detention and resisting arrest. He was booked into the county jail with bail totaling $10,750.
Later that morning at around 2:14 a.m., Jose Ramiro Concha was found speeding in excess of 100 mph on U.S. 54, police said.
Concha, 31, drove a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt at about 102 mph when police pulled him over.
Police said Concha's blood alcohol concentration was more than the legal limit of 0.08 percent, and he was charged with DWI BAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent. He was booked into the county jail with bail set at $750.
