I am absolutely elated to be here in El Paso, reporting meaningful stories. A Tucson, Ariz. native, I attended the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University in Phoenix.

During my college years, I took some time off, working as a producer at the Voice of America in Washington, D.C., and then in the research department at the "Late Show with David Letterman" in New York City.

When I returned to school in Phoenix, I began interning at KTVK (3TV News) there. I was promoted to a field producer before graduating and continued to work there after getting my degree.

I got my first on-air experience at KBTX in Bryan, Texas, where I served as the morning and noon anchor and an evening reporter.

After leaving KBTX, I returned to KTVK in Phoenix. I was itching to get back to reporting, so I applied and landed a job here at KFOX! I have quickly found that El Pasoans are some of the nicest, most welcoming people I’ve met.

I credit my parents, Bonnie and Joe, and my three brothers, Julian, Malcolm and Isaac, for their support and my success. I credit you the viewers for giving KFOX the best story ideas and for letting us help you.

In my spare time, I enjoy eating too much, watching reality TV shows and doing crossword puzzles over a good cup of coffee.
