The Headliners Foundation of Texas/Texas Associated Press Broadcasters has honored KFOX News with one of highest awards for journalism excellence.

This year, KFOX has been honored with the 2007 Award for Excellence in Journalism for Outstanding Spot News Coverage for a Station (Television).
