EL PASO, Texas - Immediately after UTEP’s victory against South Dakota Wednesday night, hundreds of fans line up to purchase tickets to the WNIT championship game.

Around 11 p.m. Wednesday, UTEP spokesman Mark Brunner announced in an email that Saturday’s game, UTEP vs. Rutgers, had sold out.

Tickets sold out in less than two hours setting a record for Don Haskins Center tickets purchased.

KFOX14 discovered tickets for the big game are being auctioned on eBay.com.

The highest bid as of Thursday morning was $98 for three tickets.

Wednesday’s sell-out crowd was the second largest ever for a WNIT Semifinal game and eighth overall.

UTEP will play against the Rutgers at 1 p.m. Saturday.

If you didn’t purchase tickets, the game will be televised on the CBS Sports Network channel.
