Work Begins On New Dugouts At Marty Robbins Softball Fields

EL PASO, Texas —

Work has begun on new dugouts for Marty Robbins Park, meaning softball players in east El Paso will soon benefit from new benches and covers to provide shade and keep them cool.

Marty Robbins Park will be home to the dugouts.

They come with new benches and covers to provide shade and keep cool.

Construction started Monday.

City officials expect this project to be done by mid-July.

All regularly scheduled games are being moved to other fields.

Game site locations can be checked by teams participating at www.quickscores.com/elpaso.
