EL PASO, Texas —
ORIGINAL STORY: A woman was killed Friday in a car crash on Transmountain.
Police said a blue Toyota Prius was traveling east making an illegal U-turn when it was struck by a black Ford truck going west. The woman, in her 40s, was a passenger in the Prius.
The driver of the Prius, a man in his 40s, was transported to University Medical Center in unknown condition.
Police said the driver of the Ford truck had only minor injuries.
Special traffic investigators were called to the scene to investigate.
