Update: Child found responsive in accidental hanging

EL PASO, Texas —
On Sunday, emergency dispatchers reported an accidental hanging in east El Paso.
Dispatchers said that a 12-year-old girl accidentally hanged herself at an apartment complex playground in the 10700 block of Vista Del Sol.
El Paso Fire Department officials said on Monday that when medical responders arrived they found the girl breathing and coherent.
No other information was available.
