Two men are under arrest in connection to a shooting at a Deming Wal-Mart. It happened just after noon on Tuesday. The victims include a man who is a store employee and a 6-year-old girl. Deming police say the suspects used a .380 handgun, shooting the man in the chest and the girl in the hip. Their conditions are unknown. The New Mexico Associated Press says a third man was grazed in the hand and was treated at the scene.

One of the suspects was caught inside the store, according to Deming police authorities, while another suspect was caught south of Deming. A third suspect, who is only described as a red-headed man, remains on the loose.

No motive has been given for the shooting. The store remains closed indefinitely.

KFOX has learned that both victims have been flown by helicopter to Thomason Hospital.
