Two-car accident shuts down Interstate 10

EL PASO, Texas —
Police shut down the westbound lanes of Interstate 10, Tuesday night. The driver of a Nissan Altima reportedly rear-ending a Chevrolet SUV, before the Artcraft exit, just after 10:30 p.m., police said.
