The accident happened early Wednesday morning around 1:30. The driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle.
The truck slammed into a guard rail on Interstate 10 near Zaragosa.
The force of the impact ripped one of the tires off the truck, several feet way from where it ended up.
Police blocked off parts of the freeway while they cleared the scene. The driver escaped any critical injuries.
