EL PASO, Texas —
People in a Lower Valley apartment scattered as a car came toward them and hit two parked cars Monday night.
"My children had just been playing there. Cars and stuff can be replaced. My kids can't," said Irma Aguire of the crash.
Police did not arrest anyone, but are investigating what caused the teen driver to lose control.
"My poor dad is without a car. He has to walk to work now until it's fixed."
One of the parked cars, according to neighbors, rolled over twice from the impact. No one was injured.
