FORT BLISS, Texas —

A group of about three hundred soldiers just arrived on Fort Bliss Thursday night.

The soldiers are from the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1rst Armored Division.

The combat team was training Iraqi soldiers how to police their cities.

Lindsey Gwynn was seven months pregnant when her husband, Jesse, was deployed to Iraq.

She had her baby, Maxsyn Gwynn, one month ago. Thursday night was the first time Jesse has been able to see his son.

"I can't believe it. He looks just like me and he has more hair," Jesse Gwynn said.

The soldiers deployed in August and all of them thought they'd be gone for about one year.

Their early return is part of President Barrack Obama's plan to withdraw all troops from Iraq by Dec. 31.
