**New Project** I10/I25 Interchange Project
Construction on the I10/I25 interchange project started Tuesday, April 24, 2012. In addition, the contractor will install lighting and curb and gutter along Stern and Las Alturas drives.
Detours-The NMDOT and A.S. Horner currently have Cholla closed at the intersection of Las Alturas and it will not be lifted for another two and a half months as the bridge reconstruction continues. Roadway reconstructions on Stern and Las Alturas have lane restrictions with traffic alerts posted near the Cholla intersections. I-10 has traffic restricted to one lane from mile post 142 to 144 in both directions as the contractor removes the westbound Fillmore Bridge along I-10, and I-25 has lane restrictions as the contractor works on the realignment to I-10.
