EL PASO, Texas —
At around lunch time, 15 cable channels went out, mostly on the west side of El Paso and in the Upper Valley.
Cable company officials said they’re not sure what caused the cable outage, though they suspect a construction crew may have cut a fiber line that provides access to the affected channels, which included KFOX.
