Text message to teen ends with Anthony man in jail

EL PASO, Texas —
A text message sent to a teen by a 26-year-old man from Anthony, N.M., prompted his arrest and an investigation.
El Paso police said Raymond Avila sent a text message to a 16-year-old girl that investigators said communicated a sexual act.
El Paso police and FBI investigators obtained a search warrant for Avila, and he was arrested.
Avila was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for online solicitation of a minor.
He was booked on a $52,500 bond.
An investigation for this case is ongoing.
