EL PASO, Texas —
Michael Pratt, 18, Rebekah Parkhill, 19, and Michael Varnum, 19, are each charged with criminal damage to property and larceny.
Officers said they caught the trio Wednesday night and in the back of the SUV police found street signs for the intersections of Texas Avenue at South Alamendra Street and Dove Lane at California Avenue.
