Virgin Galactic announced a 20-year lease with the state of New Mexico
Gov. Bill Richardson said Virgin has plans to establish its world headquarters in New Mexico, all while working together with the commercial spaceport in Sierra County.
Virgin Galactic plans to start construction early in the coming year.
