SOCORRO, Texas —

Another Socorro police officer was arrested.

This time the charges filed were two counts of tampering with a government record.

Socorro police Officer, Bobby Correa, turned himself in to El Paso County Sheriff's detectives, officials said.

He was arrested on Sunday. Authorities booked him into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $15,000 bond.

Authorities said this is all the information they could release at this time because this investigation is ongoing.
