EL PASO, Texas —
A sidewalk and ADA Accessible ramps are in place near the Sun Metro terminal at Sunmount Drive and Edison Way.
This is the same area where Ben Ellsworth, 66, was hit and killed as he was crossing the street using his wheelchair near the Sun Metro Terminal.
The city's street department had scheduled the sidewalk to be place in November, but the project was completed early.
