EL PASO, Texas —
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is identifying the victim as 21-year-old Yvette de la Fuente.
Deputies said 18-year-old Jovanny Rodriguez, de la Fuentes’s boyfriend, killed her before causing a SWAT situation and killing himself.
The sheriff's department said at no time did any law enforcement personnel fire their weapons.
Final autopsy reports are pending.
