EL PASO, Texas —
The El Paso Sheriff's Department is looking for a man they say sexually assaulted a woman at a party last year.
Carlos Mata, 31, is accused of the attack which deputies say happened on Nov. 24, 2010.
Investigators said the woman is in her 30s and had attended a gathering in the upper valley when it happened.
Mata is described as being 6 feet, 2 inches weighing 214 pounds and having black hair and brown eyes.
He also goes by the names of "Carlos Holguin" and "Carlos Pedregon."
Deputies say he has family and friends in El Paso and Las Cruces.
He is also known to frequent the Anthony, Texas and Anthony, N.M. area.
