EL PASO, Texas —
Around 12:45 p.m., a panhandler was hit by a semi-truck while he was trying to ask for money.
A KFOX photographer at the scene at the time of the incident said the man had just received money from a woman and when he turned around the semi-truck struck him.
He was taken to University Medical Center where he later died.
