On I-10 near the Sunland Park exit, an 18-wheeler hit the guardrail and somehow turned around completely, facing the opposite direction.
Emergency crews called out Hazmat teams to clean up an oil spill that resulted from the crash.
Crews shut down the interstate for hours to clean up the oil.
Dispatchers said no injuries were reported.
