Second victim in Fusion nightclub shooting dies from wound

EL PASO, Texas —

A soldier hospitalized for wounds he suffered in a shooting at a northeast El Paso nightclub has died.

Fort Bliss soldier Preston Brown, 21, died Monday  at University Medical Center, police said.

Brown was being treated for a gunshot wound to the head, police said.

According to police, El Paso resident Craig Allen Graham was with a group of people outside the nightclub on Jan. 15 when he started firing his gun into the air, according to court documents.

Graham then pointed the gun at the three Fort Bliss soldiers and began shooting at them, killing Damien Bailey and injuring Brown and Tyron Head, police said.

Graham was charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police said he now faces two capital murder charges and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
