DONA ANA COUNTY, N.M. —

The second suspect who Dona Ana County authorities believe was involved in a sexual assault with a minor case was captured Tuesday.

Eloy. O. Gonzales, 21, was taken into custody by the Ruidoso Police Department after they received an anonymous tip, said sheriff's deputies.

Gonzales is charged with eight felony counts, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor and conspiracy, after two 14-year-old twin sisters told their parents Gonzales and another man, identified as 22-year-old Marcos Anthony Moncayo, came to their home on Jan. 12 with bottles of liquor.

The girls told investigators they met the men through a social networking site called MocoSpace.com, claiming to be 20 years old. The girls said they confessed to being only 14 before Moncayo and Gonzales came to their home.

According to court documents, one of the sisters alleges Moncayo sexually assaulted her.

Investigators are working to transport Gonzales back to Doña Ana County.

Moncayo was arrested on ten felony counts. He bonded out of jail Tuesday after his bond was reduced at his arraignment.
