Armando Orta of Las Cruces is wanted for sexually assaulting a child between 2000 and 2005.
He is the featured fugitive on the America’s Most Wanted Web site tonight.
He is described as 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds.
Police said they located his car at the El Paso airport, but he rented a vehicle that was later found.
