Rider taken to hospital after motorcycle accident

EL PASO, Texas —
El Paso County Sheriff's deputies responded to a motorcycle accident that sent one person to the University Medical Center.
The accident happened on Transmountain Road, near the picnic area on the mountain, just after 1:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies said.
The injured person has not been identified, but deputies said the person suffered only minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
