EL PASO, Texas —

Las Crucens can expect good news coming this week.

Owners of Pro's Ranch Markets announced they will hold a 300 position job fair starting Tuesday at their new site on Wyatt Drive.

The job fair will continue until Friday.

Store owner Mike Provenazano told KFOX14's media partners at the Las Cruces Sun-News, "People that work in their community spend money in their community, and this, in turn, builds a strong local economy."

Applications will be available on site, and applicants should bring copies of their resumes and previous employment information.

The Sun-News reported that the Las Cruces site was originally bought in 2008, but was not able to open immediately because of a damaging fire at a Phoenix store.

The chain is one of the fastest-growing Hispanic supermarkets in the nation, with several stores open in Albuquerque, El Paso and Phoenix, said the Sun-News.
