Police: Teen with outstanding warrants found with 8 baggies of cocaine

EL PASO, Texas —
Police arrested an 18-year-old man after they found him with eight small bags of cocaine, police said. Around 3:50 p.m. Friday, police responded to Delta Park after they received a call of someone using drugs. Police met with the suspect, later identified as Jorge Ramirez, and they found him with eight small bags of cocaine, which weighed a total of 5.7 grams. Ramirez also had two outstanding municipal court warrants. He was booked into El Paso County Jail on the outstanding warrants and for a manufacture, delivery of a controlled substance charge. His bail totaled $30,403.
