Police: Suspected burglars found inside closet with jewelry in pockets

EL PASO, Texas —
Police officers who responded to a reported burglary call in west El Paso said they found two men hiding inside a closet.
The two men, Ryan Hinojo and Javier Carlos, were hiding in the closet of a home on the 5500 block of Woodfield Monday morning.
El Paso police said that the men had items from the house inside the closet with them that they believe were intended to be stolen.
Police said they found jewelry in the suspects' pockets.
Both men were placed under arrest on suspicion of burglary of habitation. They were booked into El Paso County Jail on $10,000 bonds each.
