Police Suspect Alcohol In Early-Morning Rollover

ANTHONY, N.M. —

At about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday authorities responded to Interstate 10 east in Anthony, N.M. after reports a truck had rolled over.

Police said the woman who was driving the truck somehow lost control of the car, rolling it at least once.

Paramedics took the woman to Thomason hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The initial investigation led officials to believe that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the early-morning crash.

The identity of the woman was not immediately released and police did not say if charges would be filed.
