Homeless men brawl with beer bottle

1 injured, 1 questioned by police

EL PASO, Texas —

El Paso police were dispatched to reports of a stabbing in south-central Thursday afternoon.

When cops on bicycles and two police units arrived, they learned that two homeless men got in a fight in alley located at Father Rahm and Mesa avenues.

Police told KFOX14 at the scene, one of the men injured the other in the face and hand with a broken beer bottle.

Emergency crews took the injured man to a hospital, police said.

The other man was detained for questioning.

Police said the man's injuries were not serious.
