Police: Man driving without seat belt carried marijuana

EL PASO, Texas —
Police said they found a man with five small bags of marijuana after he was pulled over for driving without a seat belt.
Just before 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jose Gonzalez was driving a 1999 Acura Integra on the 400 block of De Vargas Drive without a seat belt, police said.
Officers smelled burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle, and they found five small bags of marijuana, police said.
Gonzalez, 22, was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with bail set at $750.
