Police Know More About Placenta Found In Las Cruces

EL PASO, Texas —

Police release more information on the placenta found at a Las Cruces park.

Las Cruces police say a DNA analysis shows it belongs to an African-American woman and the placenta was from a boy.

A passer-by called police after finding the placenta near La Llorona Park.

Anyone with information on who it might belong to is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
