EL PASO, Texas —
The vehicle was stolen Monday afternoon on the eastside of town and was found Tuesday afternoon.
El Paso police found Gerardo Romero and Tomas Rivas driving the stolen SUV, police said.
Romero was caught after a brief foot chase.
Both have been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
